Minitel Soul Hotel - Seogwipo

Minitel Soul offers a good atmosphere with beautiful rooms that reflect a charming Korean touch. The hotel is impeccably clean and features fast, free Wi-Fi throughout. Mr Kim and his wife provided really good hospitality, going above and beyond to assist with local attractions and even driving guests to the nearby Jeju Conference Center for free, which significantly enhanced my stay.

Finding the hotel can be challenging without a car.

We got a clean room with a clean bathroom. Particularly good residential location next to the ocean, a good walking path, and major attractions. The staff was really kind and nice and the owner too...

We had a well-appointed room overlooking the sea.

The rooms are huge and bright here with nice balcony and seaview and the TV. Hotel's breakfast is delicious, includes coffee, eggs, milk, and cereals.

Enjoyed staying at Mini Hotel Soul. The couple running it provided a warm and cute environment. The hotel felt clean and well-maintained were good. Breakfast prepared in advance with a personal touch was a lovely addition to the stay. The outdoor grounds were charming, perfect for a relaxing day outdoors. The hotel's location could be a challenge without a car. It's tucked away on small roads and can be tricky to find. There was an unpleasant smell in the area, likely from nearby horse dung . The decor in our room didn't match the advertised photos. It was spacious and clean, but the wooden furniture and floors gave a different vibe than expected. Despite these issues, the hospitality and peaceful setting made it worth it.

Should you go for it? My answer

Absolutely! The unobstructed views of the sea are nice, and the spacious rooms feel like home. With a lovely breakfast and accommodating staff, your stay will be good! If you're seeking tranquility and beauty, this place is a top choice. Plus, the free laundry service is a fantastic bonus!

Location could be a headache without a rental car!!! Navigating those small roads isn't a joyride!!! The rocky beach nearby is not ideal for swimming or lounging, leaving options kind of limited!!!

Couple's perfect retreat

Owners Jeff and his partner went out of their way to help us. The view was amazing sunrises and sunsets over the sea, it was lovely.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still pretty reasonable for what we got.

The Suite with Sea View was spacious and super cozy, and the views were just very nice-waking up to that was the best! The bed felt nice and comfy, and we loved having a balcony to kick back and enjoy some drinks in the evening. Daily clean towels were a nice touch too. Just a heads up, the décor didn't look like the photos online, but it was still clean and pleasant enough. Finding the place was a bit tricky-definitely need GPS!

Just an optimal selection for a brief hiatus in Seogwipo with fantastic value. The friendly staff went out of their way to mark local attractions on a map, making our visit enjoyable. Make sure to rent a car for easy access to nearby sites.

Free Wi-Fi was fast. Room had a tv. Parking was a hassle, though.
